Thanks Stan!
Awww shucks I feel all accomplished and what not lol thanks Stan, but the truth is a lot of people don’t know how hard guys like me and you work on these comics. I’ll just say this it’s a full time job and not everyone can handle it, even a web comic is very time consuming to make..don’t believe here’s the steps, One: draw your concept art for the over all story and rough sketches of each page.
Two: scripting your characters dialogue and editing it to your liking. Three: actually drawing the pages for the comic. Most people draw the entire chapter in advance. Four: making final changes for each individual page. Five: inking each page you drew, the most time consuming task of all. Inking sometimes can take months. Six: scanning the image you inked to imported to Photoshop, not that hard to do but when you don’t have a scanner well you know. Seven: coloring the page to your liking, this can take a while depending on your skill “boss like Stan is finish in no time” pfft show off
Eight: taking the finished colored product then adding text from your script to the page, this sometimes takes a while cause you often feel unsatisfied. Nine: uploading your page to Banhuarevolver.com making sure everything is the right size and right resolution.
Ten: writing an update to post and hope that people respond, do they respond, often times no so you can imagine how the artist must feel after slaving over these ten long steps. I’m not posting this for anyone to feel bad for us we love what we do, it’s just discouraging when you see people reading comics from all over the world yet refuse to read the comics of people they know . So the next time you see Stan or me heck anyone who does web comics give them a little encouragement cause we’d do the same for you, stop allowing petty disagreements to impede you from supporting something that’s a breath of fresh air.
As always, Mr Joachin

Stan
This is true what you say Maz, people are petty but us as bahamians both you and i know the amount of jealousy overlooks everything else. What our people want is for us to be accepted by outsiders first…then you will recieve the encouragement that you want as artist we just have each other but even then people are only human and failure from some is inevitable. Let’s not be like them and continue our trend to greatness.

I love it when someone ‘gets it!’. And you’ve expressed that in this post Maz. Hey, no one ever said you’d be an overnight success if you tried hard at someone… but hard work/smart work and diligence does PAY!
Love this post Joachin!
